Messe Frankfurt has introduced an Annual Registration for all contractors working at Messe Frankfurt exhibitions.
The contractor registration is part of Messe Frankfurt efforts to streamline the contractor management process, enhance the quality of services offered to our clients and to ensure that all contractors working in Messe Frankfurt events meet the standard safety and compliance.  

What does that mean?

All contractors will be required to register on the Messe Frankfurt Registration Page in order to provide services to exhibitors at Messe Frankfurt shows.

Only registered contractors will have access to order services for Messe Frankfurt shows, including mains/electricity & rigging, including stand approval.  This list will also be shared with our Official Service Partner (DXB Live) and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

What is needed to complete the contractor registration?

Please refer to the following list of requirements and guidelines to process your annual contractor accreditation.

  • Electronic copy of valid Trade License (UAE contractors only)
  • Electronic copy of VAT Certificate
  • Electronic copy of Contractors Third Party Liability Insurance
  • Agree to Messe Frankfurt terms and conditions
  • Agree to DWTC venue terms and conditions

Once the registration and payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Unique Registration Number.

Yes, the registration fee is AED4,407 (US$1,200) + VAT

Yes, this is a one-off registration fee.

Subcontractor is required to show proof of subcontracting agreement with the main contractor for them to be exempt from registration requirements. This includes AV supplier, secondary riggings provider, florals and IT equipment provider.

No, Messe Frankfurt will not promote contractors for any services. However, contractors can declare to their prospect client that they are a registered contractor to Messe Frankfurt shows whenever they pitch for stand build contracting.

Registering with Messe Frankfurt Middle East GmbH will give you access to process the online payment for the stand design submission charges by the venue.

Being registered will also allow you access to an online portal to place venue services orders such as mains, riggings, water and waste, wifi/internet, etc.

Unregistered contractors will not be granted access to the online portal to order primary services such as mains, riggings, water and waste, Internet, etc. Additionally, the stand design submitted for review and approval will not be processed for an unregistered contractor.

Yes, registration confirmation is one of the mandatory documents to be included in your Performance bond pack submission.
